EXPERIENCE
Joshua Hardin has been a photographer and writer since first documenting his travel experiences at an early age while camping in Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. Today he spends an extensive amount of time exploring and photographing his home state of Colorado as well as the rest of the western United States.

In college he worked as the store manager of a professional photo lab and at The Rocky Mountain Collegian, a 11,000 circulation newspaper at Colorado State University where he earned a bachelor's degree in news-editorial journalism. During his tenure at The Collegian, Joshua served as photo editor, regional editor, editor in chief and weekly columnist. In 2002, he attended the Institute on Political Journalism at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. After graduating, he worked for The BVI Beacon a weekly newspaper in the British Virgin Islands. Currently Joshua works as the staff photographer at Regis University in Denver where he also earned a master's degree in business administration with a marketing emphasis.

In 2003, Joshua established Viewfinder Media, a company that supplies quality editorial nature, travel and entertainment content to publications worldwide. Viewfinder Media is based on Colorado's Front Range. Hardin's work, which displays a distinct mix of journalism and fine art, has earned him honors from the Society of Professional Journalists, the National Press Photographer's Association and Columbia University. Because of his versatility, Hardin's stock files and publication credits are growing fast. Don't hesitate to contact him for your editorial assignments or stock needs today!
